Not enough eBucks to buy that new camera? Or want to save your eBucks to treat your loved one with something spectacular? No problem. If you don't have enough eBucks for what you want to buy, you can pay the difference using your bank account. This is the ultimate in customised spending.

How it works

When you shop in-store

All you have to do is swipe your eBucks card at the till, enter your 4-digit eBucks PIN, then pay the balance with your bank card. It's as simple as that.

Remember: Your eBucks card works like a debit card. The amount will automatically be deducted from your eBucks account.

When you shop online

Once you've browsed the partner's site and added everything you want to your shopping cart, select 'Pay with eBucks' as your payment method. You'll need your ID number and 4-digit eBucks PIN to login to complete the payment process.

When you pay with both your eBucks and your FNB or RMB Private Bank card online, you would follow one of two processes: For some of our online partners, you'll be able to complete the whole process on their website; for others you'll be directed back to the eBucks website where you can pay with your eBucks.

When you shop at the eBucks Shop or make a booking through eBucks Travel

Select the amount of eBucks or Rands you want to pay and we'll automatically adjust the remaining amount of eBucks or the amount of money to subtract from your bank account.
