Once logged into the FNB/ RMB Private Bank app, you can easily start saving by accessing your favourite offers from the ENTERTAINER™, then redeem and pay for your chosen deals – all via one secure and convenient app.

If you haven't signed up yet, follow the steps below.

1. Log into the FNB/RMB Private Bank App
2. Click on the eBucks tab, select Partners, and then the ENTERTAINER™
3. Select Register
4. Follow the prompts
5. Submit the registration details
6. Accept the T&Cs

How to redeem an offer:

1. Log into the FNB/RMB Private Bank App
2. Click on the eBucks tab, select Partners, and then the ENTERTAINER™
3. Choose the offer you want to redeem
4. Ask the waiter/ merchant for their ENTERTAINER PIN prior to requesting the bill
5. You'll be automatically logged out of the FNB/RMB Private Bank app
6. The offer will be deducted from your bill

Access to the ENTERTAINER™ standalone app was discontinued at the end of December 2022. You will only be able to access discounts and offers from the ENTERTAINER™ via the FNB/RMB Private Bank App

Terms of Use

• A customer does not have to qualify for eBucks rewards to enjoy access to the ENTERTAINER on the FNB/RMB Private Bank app
• Up to (4) 2-for-1 Offers may be redeemed at one time for a group of 8 people or more
• Offers may be redeemed 7 days a week, at any time during the issuing merchant's trading hours – minimal exclusion days do apply including New Year's Day, Valentines Day, Human Rights Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Family Day, Freedom Day, Workers' Day, Mother's Day, Youth Day, Father's Day, Nelson Mandela Day, National Women's Day, Heritage Day, Day of Reconciliation, Christmas Day, Day of Goodwill and New Year's Eve.
• Special features such as Smiles, Family accounts, Pinged offers and others that were available on the ENTERTAINER™ app are not available via the FNB / RMB Private Bank App and any balances will be forfeited.
• Offers are not valid in conjunction with any other discount offers, promotions, special menu items or loyalty/rewards programs
• Valid for FNB Easy PAYU, Easy Bundle (Smart), Aspire, Premier, Private Clients, Private Wealth, and RMB Private Bank customers, as well as FNB/ RMB Private Bank Business clients, eBucks members and non-eBucks registered members (e.g., FNBy Next account holders). Visit the eBucks tab on the FNB/RMB Private Bank app to see if you can sign up for the service.
