Where a party is regarded as a Supplier for the purposes of the Act, that party may have its own Service Terms. We may in our sole discretion decide whether We will display certain Supplier’s Service Terms on Our Website, however even if the Supplier’s Service Terms are not displayed on Our Website, it nevertheless remains your duty to enquire from the Supplier what its Service Terms are, familiarise yourself therewith and agree thereto prior to Check-Out. In the event of conflict between the Terms and Conditions and the Service Terms, the provisions of the Service Terms will prevail to the extent of such conflict.
