I visited the capital Port Louis. On the roadside I saw many sugar cane fields. Mauritians are hard workers and it was interesting to see that most of the women were gardeners.

Similar to South Africa, there are many street vendors in Mauritius", says Tozama. "Mauritians are very friendly people and there was hardly any crime. Even though Mauritius is a poor country there is free access to health care and education.

It was a real getaway and certainly an unforgettable trip", says Tozama.
