1. Access the FNB/RMB Private Bank App
2. Select the eBucks icon
3. Select the Self Service icon
4. Select the eBucks PIN option
5. Accept disclaimer
6. Select view PIN

You can download the FNB/RMB Private Bank App from your App store

If you are a business customer

1. Visit www.eBucks.com
2. Select Login
3. Enter your ID number
4. Select Forgot PIN
